To build on Andrew Wee’s post on Product Owners Hijacking Affiliate Commissions, I would like to say that there are still many products which have a sales page instead of an optin page. For affiliate marketers like us, we can just easily jump boat and promote another product if we don’t want to help the product owner to build their own list.

My Autopilot Profits len is on Google first page for the search term “Autopilot Profits” yesterday. But the results did not last. It was removed after one day being at the top.

This Autopilot Profits len was set up to test the effectiveness of Squidoo len in marketing a product. Guess it was quite effective initially. But after Google removal of it, I guess it may not be such a good idea to marketing online with a Squidoo len. (more…)

I went to a forum just now and found an interesting fact. That is, about 99% of the people will give up on internet marketing.

Many people in the forum will attribute the laziness in most of us. It is true that most of us are lazy. We simply do not want to work. Hence, that is partly the reason why there are so many get-rich scams around. In fact, simple things like reducing weight by exercising is being replaced by eating slimming pills and going to slimming centers, so that we are able to reduce weight fast and effortlessly.

Lately, we found out of a way to boost our traffic and signed up for it. That is to write and submit articles to article directories. I suppose quite a number of us already know writing articles is another method to attract traffic to our blog. Also, as Google and other major search engines will go to these article directories to index for information, your articles will be indexed by these search engines too. Hence, you are able to enjoy the benefits of free traffic from both article directories and search engines.

There are many article directories on the internet. Therefore, you can imagine the potential of having so many backlinks from them. Moreover, when there are some webmasters found that your articles worth posting on their websites, then you will get even more backlinks. So can you see how powerful this technique can be?

Is it better to be a full time or a part time affiliate marketer? I guess you will answer full time. Why? I guessed that you already know the answer. Being a full time marketer will put you in full control of your business.

When you are doing this part time, you may find it hard to sustain your enthusiasm for your business. You will not be able to concentrate fully because you have to continue to do your mundane job in the day. This eats away your energy and you might be too tired to continue at night.
