But before you buy it because of any bonuses, I guess you should take a look of what Ewen has to offer first. No one should buy something just because of bonuses unless you really want that product. However a bonus is a plus point but it will be useless unless it complements with Ewen’s super affiliate strategies.

I have not bought ”PPC classroom” mainly because of its high price tag. The information presented in the package is basically the blueprint to Jeremy’s million dollars business. In it, he teaches you exactly how to achieve the same success as him if you are willing to put in the time and effort to TAKE ACTION. I suppose many people are aware of the content of his PPC classroom workbook so I shall not discuss it here.

As for me, I have managed to decipher most of the basic affiliate marketing strategies disclosed in the content page except for some advanced one. Unless there is a compelling reason to learn the advanced one and to promote it, I won’t buy the package. I believe this is the same case for many intermediate and advanced marketers. This package is extremely useful to beginner affiliate marketers. If you really have to buy, I suggest that you buy it through the links of marketers who offer good bonuses. Then promote it to earn back some money. But you have to do it fast before all the super affiliates siphon all the potential buyers. As for me, I am not going against the wave to promote it since I find it futile to compete against the super affiliates without any good strategies.

Another alternative to duplicate Jeremy’s affiliate marketing strategies is to buy his “High Performance Affiliate Marketing” ebook. In it, you will find a condensed version of the content offered in the “PPC classroom” package. What happens if there is some technical glitches that prevents the system to recognize you as the affiliate who made the sales? Will you ever find out if this happens?

Sadly to say that you will never find out and you will lose out on your affiliate commissions. Ignorance is bliss but losing the commissions is the worst thing that can happen to you as you have worked hard for nothing.

It may have already happened to you. But today, I would like to teach you a method which I used to put a stop to all this nonsense.

A hint to guess the method.

“You can see this method used in almost every major launches where a mega bonus is given as a reward from buying though a guru’s affiliate link.”

Yes you have guessed it.

“Make use of your customers to tell you that they have purchased from your affiliate link by sending you their receipt for verification!”

This is a simple yet powerful method of tracking your commissions and the way to do it is to simply offer a free gift in return from buying through your affiliate link.

That’s it.

This also put a psychological effect on your customers to make sure that they buy through your affiliate link after clearing their cookies if they want your free gift.

Another advantage of this is to that you don’t even need to cloak your link if you find it troublesome since you have already tell them straight that they should buy through your affiliate link.

We are finally back from Taiwan and we cant wait to blog and talk to you guys. It has been a wonderful holiday for us, and we hope that you have also enjoy the whole of last week too. See how happy we are at the fruit farm, in Taiwan.

Though we enjoyed our trip, we have not forget our internet business. Whenever we could, we tried to find access to the internet. It was quite difficult as we went on a guided tour. But at last we found access to the internet at Kenting. It was really beautiful there. If you guys like the sun and beach, then you will really like Kenting. During our short break, we just managed to read through our emails and we found an email which is particularly interesting. Why?

This person has heard about internet marketing but he has little ideas on how to start his own internet business. Though he has bought some products through us, he still needs step by step instructions on how to promote his affiliate products from us. Hence, we gave him step by step instructions, as clear as possible, on how to set up his own business. But I guess the instructions were too detailed until it scared him out. He gave up and asked if he can just pay us to set up for him. And of course, we helped him to do that.

However, it just makes me wonder if there is any products which can help newcomers to get started in this business. As we searched, we found that Ewen Chia actually came up with an ebook on affiliate marketing for newcomers. It is called Newbie Cash Machine. We have read through it and found that if that person who has approached us, has bought the ebook and read it, he will be able to setup his own business by himself.

I suppose it is really difficult to get start for newbies to get started. But once you are started, you will be able to taste the fruits of success like we do now.

In my opinion, there is no such thing as the “correct” method of marketing, due the simple fact that human behaviour is difficult to understand. There is no standard way of doing marketing. For instance, when you are trying to sell a product, you may think that selling it cheap will get more people to buy from you. However, you will also experience yourself that cheap products dont always attract more sales. This is because people will just think that the products are not useful or just inferior in quality to those which are expensive.

What I believe in is that when we are marketing a product to our customers, we will have to work on our marketing plan and adjust it until it reaches its full potential. With only planning, I just find it useless. Just for instance, if I just think of the methods to improve my squidoo lens ranking and not work on it, my lens’ ranking will forever be very lousy. However, with just a few days of hard work and adjustments, my ranking has jumped tremendously. Of course, whatever ebooks which you have bought, you should read it and try them out. Hence, whatever we do to make money, we will just have to read what the gurus have said (whichever gurus), and experiment it yourself. Because if the gurus are already so successful, there must be some rights within the wrongs.

There are many who say it is necessary to do so. And it increases their sales because this prevent affiliate theft.

To some extent, I agree completely. In competitive niche like “internet marketing”, there are people who do not like to buy through an affiliate link and they will do whatever it is possible to prevent the affiliate who makes a good reccommendation to earn a commission.

But these people also know how to dissect a cloaked affiliate link. In such cases, I think there is no need to cloak your affiliate link. If your prospects want to let you earn an commission, then they will.

I guess affiliate link cloaking just make it difficult for affiliate thief. But it is by no mean foolproof.

I guess there are still many affiliates who actually don’t mind as long as they make money from their efforts. I learnt from Ewen that conversion do improve when he helps to follow up with his sequence of autoresponder messages if the prospects optin to his list. If the prospect do buy his product, the affiliate still get his commission as long as the tracking cookie is still intact. Along the way, the prospect may get redirected by another affiliate. So from this point onwards, the previous affiliate may not get his commission even though the follow up messages are still being sent. We can’t actually stop this from happening. So the only way to reduce the possibility of this happening is to promote a product with less competition. It is all about the handling of competition and the tweaking of the campaign.

When you are doing this part time, you may find it hard to sustain your enthusiasm for your business. You will not be able to concentrate fully because you have to continue to do your mundane job in the day. This eats away your energy and you might be too tired to continue at night.

This is very true for beginner affiliate marketers because most cannot afford to lose their full time job since it is their only source of income. When you are a beginner, you have to get the momentum before you can really get your business on autopilot and start to see some profits.

“I will convert to full time when I start to see profits coming in.”

But this day never seems to happen. I guess I was just like this when I first started. I always think that I can fall back on my job if this business doesn’t work out for me. No matter how excited I am at any life changing seminar, I will return back to my usual lifestyle after that.

It was till I went to this seminar which makes me determined to succeed in my online business. The speaker just asked a simple question: If you were to stop working tomorrow, how many days can you survive?

It was then it dawned to me that I couldn’t survive that long. Some people will be in trouble, if they stopped working the very next day (cos they are in debt).

“Think desperate to earn money”

This is the turning point whereby I start to take massive action to get the results that I want. I start to experiment things that I never done before for my business. I start to explore many strategies and techniques and keep track of those that work for me and those don’t.

“No one is going to help me in my business except me.”

With this mindset, I just seem to be so motivated and my working speed simply doubles. No matter how late in the night, I can still keep awake to work on my business. Results start to come in and some of them are quite encouraging.

I feel that I am becoming more like a successful affiliate marketer than before.
